E Commerce Operations Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an enterprising Business Analyst who will be responsible for everything starting from business health reporting for sales and operations using Leadsquared, Freshdesk, internal dashboard performing data analytics. The candidate will enhance the effectiveness, productivity, and business impact of all the teams keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Preparation of product listings, managing inventory and promoting the products on various marketplaces like Company's website, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon and other e-commerce portals.
2. Responsible for complete coordination with account managers, transportation department, warehouse department, management to make sure PO to invoice to payment receipt happens on time.
3. Generation of sales invoices and maintaining accounts on a daily basis.
4. Co-ordinating with new or existing vendors for registrations and product listings.
5. Managing content and customer queries on various web portals.
6. Managing customer queries across various platforms.
7. Preparations of reports at regular intervals.
Requirements:
1. Min 1 Year of experience in Similar kind of profile.
2. Very good communication in English.
3. Should have a bachelor’s degree.
4. Strong knowledge of excel
