Roles and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all e-commerce consulting projects
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal team members
• Conduct ecommerce audits to identify areas of improvement and opportunity for clients
• Develop detailed ecommerce strategies that align with clients\xe2\x80\x99 business goals and objectives
• Oversee the development and implementation of ecommerce solutions, including website design, development, and hosting
• Understand client\xe2\x80\x99s e-commerce goals and objectives, and develop a comprehensive plan to help them achieve these
• Create and manage ecommerce budgets, ensuring all costs are within scope and approved by clients
• Monitor e-commerce KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular reports and analysis to clients
• Stay up-to-date on latest industry trends and developments, and share relevant insights with clients
• Identify new business opportunities for clients through market research and competitive analysis
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations on all aspects of ecommerce, from website design to online marketing
• Help clients troubleshoot any issues they may encounter with their ecommerce platforms or solutions.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, marketing, technology, ecommerce, or related field
• 3+ years experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of successful ecommerce consulting projects
• In-depth knowledge of ecommerce platforms
• Expertise in ecommerce strategy, user experience, conversion optimization and web analytics
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, marketing, technology, ecommerce, or related field
• 3+ years experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field
