Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities but not limited to :- Identifies, recommends, and implements systems to minimize loss, money, or company assets. Audits and investigates sources of known losses. Develop Monitoring of inventory to identify theft or shortages. Investigates suspicious customer and/or employee activity. Conducts periodic testing of alarm( fire exit) and video surveillance systems. Conducts periodic inspections of stores (HRV) and facilities to ensure CCTV surveillance and security equipment is functioning properly. Develops and implements policies and procedures to prevent theft or inventory storage areas. Prepares reports on effectiveness of established prevention measures. Researches, suggests, and implements additional security measures. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Extensive knowledge of retail /logistics operations and loss prevention strategies and procedures. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and documentation. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree Business Management, or related field preferred. Candidate from Defence background (preferable ) with Three to Five years of experience in retail loss prevention, security, or law enforcement required.
