Position: Sr. Associate (Partnerships- Non-Diagnostics)
Location: Hyderabad
Reporting to: Associate Manager - Non-Diagnostics (Operations)

About the Role:
Associate manager responsible to handle integrated non-diagnostic service lines with the aim of improving customer experience and enhance service comprehensiveness for ekincare clients.
Key success metrics for this role

1. Confirmation TAT
2. Reports TAT
3. Escalation handling TAT
4. Network Updates- Monthly

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for handling operations related to the backend by coordinating with clients & Inhouse.
  • Manage the Backend process such as Appointment Confirmations, Reports, Escalations & Executions.
  • Responsible for End to end backend support to operations enquiries, Confirmation follow-ups with Clients, SOD & EOD Report preparation, logistics, weekly reports .Working closely with Clients,Corporate Customers and internal stakeholders for appointment confirmation, reports and ensure timely action of completing tasks at hand.
  • Well versed in MS office suite such as word, excel and powerpoint presentation.
  • Build and develop relationships with the existing and new partners.
  • The candidate should be self motivated with own initiatives and flexible to accommodate new responsibilities as and when the role demands.
  • A graduate or any Degree with at least 1 -3 years of experience in frontend or Backend operations roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu & Hindi.


MUST Skills:

  • High school diploma/Graduation.
  • Experience in an administrative/vendor facing role.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Experience with Vendor management, Excel, CRM or similar software is beneficial.
  • Must be detail and solutions-oriented.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Hospitality/ Healthcare mindset with a genuine desire to create positive and memorable customer experiences
  • Previous operations experience preferred
  • Customer service skills and ability to interact with Vendor & Customers
  • Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
