Product owner:

Join our global team as Product Owner (f/m/d) PCB Design Platform to drive the processes and tool implementations of the ITL (Integrated Tooling Landscape).

Your duties and responsibilities:

• You will work closely with relevant PCB Design Platform stakeholders, ensure continuous exchange of best practices, and collaborate within the organization.

• Strong understanding of the requirements from the Business Team

• Work with Architects & Key developers in solution delivery.

• Be an enabler between the Business Process owners and IT Partners

• You independently analyze new technologies in area of PCB design platforms and derive requirements/improvements for harmonized processes and tool implementations.

• You are responsible for creating and maintaining the team backlog, independently adding new requirements/features/user stories as team backlog items and defining acceptance criteria.

• You carry the e2e responsibility and lateral leadership for the value stream of the eCAD team of our release train.

• You drive the continuous improvement of processes and tools and use Lean/Agile methods independently.

• You have completed a technical master\'s degree.

• Strong expertise in understanding the Functionality and Process of PLM Tools and engineering CAD Tools like PCB Designing, Mentor Xpedition, Teamcenter, etc.,

• You convince with several years of professional experience as a product owner, ideally with appropriate certification.

• We also look forward to applications with a bachelor\'s degree or completed vocational training and further education in connection with additional professional experience in this area.

• You have in-depth experience in integrating eCAD tools into the PLM landscape.

• Ideally you have experience in PCBA design and in Mentor Xpedition.

• You have good process know-how in electronics development/testing/manufacturing.

• You have very good knowledge of agile working methods (SAFe Framework)

• Since we operate in an international and intercultural environment, you have very good knowledge of English.

• You have a strong analytical way of thinking to solve problems as well as very good social skills and the ability to build networks.

• You have good communication skills and approach tasks in a structured, strategic and result-oriented manner. You like to develop new solutions and thus bring new impetus to your own team and organization.
