Description Project/Program Manager EBS AMS Experience in- Managing EBS support project Ensuring the SLAs(Response and resolution) are met Keeping the track of KPIs like RCA, Value adds, Ticket reduction and automation. Managing and motivating teams Keeping track of the Team Productivity and ensuring productivity increase year on year. Managinging shifts and rostering. Team mentoring Someone with good communication and leadership skills, that work with cross-functional teams and foster effect collaboration. Also someone that can be the point-of-contact for external as well as internal communications. Ability to ensure deliverables meet the quality expectations Project management and software support/development/implementation experience is desired. Resource should be ready to work from Customer Location in Pune.
