Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Define Assembly Line processes, GB-Transmission and Testing processes and equipment planning
- aprojects - Manufacturing strategy, Must & want preparation, make vs Buy finalisation
- Manufacturing footprint layouting, capex preparation.
- Active Participation in DFA and ensuring correctness in design.
- 3D modelling of Manufacturing assemblies & Pallets in UG-NX software and Catia from Engineering data.
- Preparation of packaging concept and loadability for export requirement.
- Packaging RFQ preparation, PR, Ordering and follow-up.
- Packaging Dismantling SOP, assembly procedure and BOM preparation.
- Line FTG\'s & Equipment\'s- RFQ Preparation, Ordering and follow-up till installation and commissioning
- M BOM generations from E BOM, creation & maintenance of EBOM in SAP.
- Preparation of PFC, SOP and PFMEA
- Sub-assy BOM preparation & tryout of the FTG\'s at Manufacturer end and at Site.
- DFA and Tool accessibility study.
5-8 years
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
B. Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial engineering
General Requirements
- Proficiency in NX software and Catia for 3D modelling and AutoCAD for drafting
- Knowledge of Assembly Line processes, GB-Transmission and Testing processes and oils.
- Knowledge of E BOM and M BOM
- Preparation of Capex, Manufacturing footprint, layouting
- Knowledge of Equipment\'s.
- Very good communication and analytical skills.
