Sr Engineer / Dy Manager/ Manager - Press tool Design Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire Sr Engineer / Dy Manager/ Manager - Press tool Design for a leading MNC client in Mumbai Role type - Permanent Experience - 4 - 10 years Location - Powai, Mumbai Critical Skill required : Progressive Tooling for Electrical Components,3D software Pro/E Key Responsibilities/Deliverables : Designing of complex Progressive tools and stage tools for press components. Refinement of components for tooling, Development of new concept, Layouts for RFQs. Error free on time Delivery of Tool Design. Analysis through simulation: Components, Tool elements. Trial and troubleshooting of press tools. Implement new systems, safety systems / Quality systems Functional Competencies: Knowledge of the latest manufacturing techniques / processes/ productivity techniques/ methods. Exposure to Sheet Metals and its properties. Able to understand technical data sheets. Exposure to Press working and Tool trials. Behavioural Competencies: Result Orientation, Analytical Skills, Communication Skills &Creativity
