Job Description
MrMed is looking for Dispatch Support Executives to assist us in order fulfillment and post-order support over telephone/ chat channels.Timings: 12pm to 9pmLocation: T Nagar, ChennaiGender - Male Candidates only (since work timing is upto 9pm and there is no cab facility)Responsibilities: Single point of contact for order tracking, communication with logistics partners and post sales support to customers Resolving post dispatch issues of customers - eg delivery status, order tracking, cancellations, refunds Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases Maintaining status of orders on excelDesired Profile: Basic excel skills - basic formulae, VLookup 0-2 years' experience in customer support Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Hindi mandatory) Should possess a temperament for handling customers with careJob Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, FresherSalary: ?18,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per monthJadwal:
- Evening shift
- Are you available to work for 12pm-9pm shift?
