They are exporting their products to Africa, Australia, Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia, Jordan, Korea, Malaysia, Oman, Philippines, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, US, UK, U.A.E, Vietnam and more.

Job Title \xe2\x80\x93 Dispatch Officer

Location \xe2\x80\x93 Raipur, C.G

Experience : 4-5 years

Timings : 9 AM to 6 PM \xe2\x80\x93 Monday to Saturday

Education: Any graduation

Salary: Depends on Interview

:

• Should have skills in Computer,Specially Mail Drafting
• Should be able to manage Loading & Unloading trucks.
• Arrange Transportation after coordination with the transporter.
• Miscellaneous work related to transportation.
• Should know Excel and word and able to operate independently.
• Monthly dispatch plan -as reference document
• Weekly & Daily coordination with assembly to know the dispatches planned.
• Keep the list of transporter updated with rates from time to time.
• Collect the delivery challa & Packing list from QC or assembly.
• Prepare the packing list to be sent with invoice.
• Coordinate with QC for collecting the MTCs
• Prepare warranty/Guarantee certificate.
• Prepare the complete Set of Dispatch documents-DC,Invoice,E-way Bill,L R,Warranty Cert,MTC\xe2\x80\x99s
• Sent the truck with a set of documents.
• Send the dispatch details to the customer -Scanned documents to be E-Mailed, Hard copy to be couriered.
• Confirmation from the customer-GRN Copy-about receipt of complete order in good condition.
