Currently the company has 9 business divisions, each headed by a Director who reports to the Board of Directors. The Director is given complete autonomy to run the business, and he is completely responsible for the Profit and Loss account of his division. We are currently seeking young and dynamic professionals to serve as \xe2\x80\x93\xe2\x80\x9cDirector-Medical Tourism Division\xe2\x80\x9d with relevant experience & expertise to set up a Medical Tourism business division. Candidate must have experience & capability in doing appropriate service tie ups with Indian leading hospitals and doctors (including but not limited to those in alternate medicine) for various cost-effective PERSONALISED treatments including pre & post medical checkups, critical surgeries, and PERSONALISED conducive Tour plans for various domestic and International patients. The new business will be set up as a new division with its own organization and P & L responsibility. The assignment is Mumbai based. The candidate will directly report to the Board of Directors. The compensation package would be comparable with the best in the business and will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate.
