The Director - Cloud & Digital Strategy will lead the Cloud/Digital Strategy team out of Bangalore. S/he will be responsible for managing the relationships with MD's and Partner's for the Acceleration Center's growth, strategic agenda, delivery of projects, staff engagement, capacity planning/management.
S/he will build a culture of continuous improvement and will work closely with the business leaders and executive leadership team.

Responsibilities will include:
Growth & Strategic Leadership
? S/He will conceptualize & implement growth strategies for the Cloud & Digital Strategy practice in alignment with the overall organization goals to ensure market expansion and profitable growth.
? Build, grow, and nurture client relationships by advising them on their digital transformation agenda.
? Design solutions and services into the fabric of clients' businesses, with an emphasis on IT strategy, IT operating model, cloud migration and architecture, Digital strategy, Enterprise architecture design and roadmap.
? Implement processes, systems & metrics, and organizational changes, to enhance the productivity, performance, and capabilities of the organization to foster overall growth of the Cloud & Digital strategy practices.
? Work with the broader business to develop and nurture new capabilities, products, and services to meet the demands of a broadening portfolio of offerings.
? Position PwC Acceleration Center as orchestrating Technology, cloud and digital strategy solutions for clients across key segments, leveraging different cloud & digital capabilities and broader ecosystem.

Solution / Delivery Management
? Drive a best-in-class delivery environment and ensure that all programs are managed and delivered on time, within budget, and profitably.
? Collaborate across Research and with partner product areas at PwC to productize the best ideas.
? Partner with other platform areas to influence and co-define priorities in order to establish a compelling multi-year roadmap, plotting the path from prototype to production for promising features.
? Leverage resources across the organization to ensure the most effective deployment of skills, maximum achievement of revenue and improved customer satisfaction.
? Collaborate with Bangalore Acceleration Center leaders to manage forecast vs. actual performance.
? Build and position a world class capability that will drive market leading differentiation.

Skills & Competencies
? Technical knowledge: Designs, builds and suggests strategy, operating model and roadmap that will address challenges faced by our clients in technology function across industries. Has a track record of leading the solutioning and planning of high risk or mission critical projects, particularly those that require
the application or invention of new technology or techniques.
? Consensus building: Champions new technologies and the modernization of legacy systems. Is able to win the hearts and minds of senior leadership at the client company and also motivate and drive their colleagues in Digital and cloud functions.
? Conflict resolution: Contribute to discussions and even resolve conflict at a senior leadership level. Rides the balance of business needs and technology needs expertly.
? Experience of working in a technology strategy practice in strategy consulting firms is also an added advantage
? Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in one or more of the following areas:
o Agile Ways of working, Sprint planning, product management organizations etc,
o IT outsourcing strategy and transition planning
o IT Cost Transformation and levers implementation
o Digital Transformation, i.e. ERP selection and business capabilities transformation
o Technology Location strategy and shared services
o Cloud Platforms - Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, GCP
o Cloud Strategy, Design, Architecture and Migration
o Enterprise architecture, microservices architecture
? Knowledge of appropriate cloud services to conduct cloud readiness assessment and migration strategy planning.

QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration - Technology specialization preferred
? Minimum of 12-15 years relevant experience preferably in Technology and cloud strategy
consulting or technology function in industries
? Ability to participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development
activities
? Strong communication and presentation capability
? Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills
? Experience in team management
? Led and delivered client engagements in a global delivery model
? Certifications relevant to any of the following or more areas -
o Any certification in cloud-based service providers like AWS, Microsoft, GCP etc.
o Any certification in AGILE methodology (Scrum, Lean, SAFe, etc.)
