As the Director of Services projects, you will take on the role of leading a team of highly technical team members on a mission to translate customers\' vision into reality. Responsibilities Lead the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation Achieve services targets like Gross Margin and Utilisation Partner with internal teams like pre-sales, sales and product management Ensure that projects are on track with active participation from all parties Lead and be responsible for the career of team members Required Skills/Experience Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.) 15+ years\' experience, predominantly leading SaaS based delivery. CRM and Salesforce knowledge mandatory Good to have: hands-on experience with Salesforce clouds, Integration, Data Management, Apex/Visualforce and Lightning Extraordinary client facing skills Project management experience (Agile preferred) Demonstrated experience of having led large consulting / delivery teams Salesforce.com and Salesforce.org are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
