Excellent leadership and critical thinking skills. About the job Global Security and Resilience Service's (GSRS) mission is to protect, sustain and enable Google's ability to thrive. In this role, you will collaborate with Google's regional leadership teams to secure Googlers, workplaces, and enterprise while creating innovative security strategies for the future. As the Director of Security and Resilience Operations, you are responsible for the organizational resilience of Google's employees in the region, its facilities, and its businesses. You will be the GSRS representative in India and will be responsible for the delivery and performance of services and functions to customers. Responsibilities Lead the security and resilience efforts throughout Google India operations (e.g., intelligence, threat and risk analysis, physical security, safety, investigations, travel security, vendor management, executive protection, and disruptive event management). Lead in crisis and understand the risk environment in India. Identify regional resilience needs, project management experience, and develop procedures to ensure that Google can pursue and sustain operations. Drive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, law enforcement, and government agencies to ensure operations and safety for multinational publicly traded brands.
