Job Description


This person will be responsible for

  • Partnering with the Sr. Leadership to drive and track the business under a rigorous data-driven approach, interpreting KPIs and providing recommendations
  • Supporting the business operational model and cadence (forecast calls, business reviews, etc.)
  • Partnering closely with the India leadership team in Defining and implementing the right Go-to-market approach (Segmentation, Planning, Headcount Allocation, Quota Distribution).
  • Manage the entire Lead to Rev process and Order to Cash (in partnership with Finance).
  • The role is pivotal in drawing the insight from data and applying judgment and putting forward recommendations to support the growth and success of sales managers and key stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess very strong analytical skills, excellent people and stakeholder management skills, a strong work ethic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Designs, implements, and manages sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes. Establishes high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales organisation.
  • Ensures planning, forecasting and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes employed within the company.
  • Provides leadership to the sales organization, and counsel to the Sales Directors, in implementing sales organization objectives that appropriately reflect the firm’s business goals. ·
  • Responsible for equitably assigning sales force quotas and ensuring the firm’s financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources through the quota program. ·
  • Accountable for the timely assignment of all sales organization objectives. ·
  • Partners with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
  • Facilitates successful implementation of new programs through the sales organization by ensuring a well defined, efficient sales process is in place for launch. Fosters an organization of continuous process improvement.
  • Prioritizes investments in enabling technologies in support of sales organization productivity.
  • Ensures sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the sales organization. Develops new reporting tools as needed. Coordinates with sales leadership and other stakeholders to lead efficient and accurate sales force reporting initiatives
  • Working with Human Resources and senior sales leadership, designs sales incentive compensation programs that provide market-competitive pay, reinforce sales organization strategy, and align with business and sales organization objectives.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of sales ops/customer success ops experience
  • Experience in driving complex revenue ops process
  • Significant experience in a top consulting firm OR high-tech company in a highly analytical role OR strategy department in a fast-paced growth company
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills: Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis and come up with recommendations
  • Strong communication skills: translate results into easily digestible messages and executive presentations
  • Team Player: highly collaborative style with strong networking skills across business functions
  • Team management: lead by example and passionate about developing and nurturing talent
  • Agile and flexible way of working: the ability to adjust on the fly to new demands, comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and a good grasp of a sense of urgency
