Job Description

As an Associate Director of Sales, you would be responsible for:

- Delivering revenue and profitability target of the region, through achieving yours and team's sales targets.

- Directly managing some critical key clients and accounts of the region.

- Managing regional sales team.

This is a unique role combining a consultant's knowledge of solutions, a business analyst's critical thinking for problem solving and a business developer's action-orientation for achievement of revenue targets. You will anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore, and uncover the business needs of new clients and existing clients and strategize how our offerings can grow their business.

Objective of the Role:

As an Associate Director Sales, your primary role would be to direct the team's effort to achieve yours and your team's revenue targets, acquiring new clients and building relationships with existing clients.

Networking are very crucial parts of the role as you will be interacting at the C-suite level.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Team Related Responsibilities :

- Achieving teams' revenue, booking and collection targets.

- Prepare and execute sales strategy of the team and the region.

- Coaching and mentoring the sales team.

- Directing and coordinating all sales activities for the region.

Customer related Responsibilities:

- Will require to directly manage some critical key account of the region.

- Networking and positioning the InspireOne brand in right way to C- Level executives across industries.

- Lend Support in project management and contribute to proposal designing and development.

- Proactively work with clients to understand their current leadership and organizational culture related business initiatives and align them to the appropriate InspireOne research and expertise.

- Prepare and execute the Sales strategy for the assigned territory to acquire new target clients and maximum market coverage by showcasing InspireOne value.

- Build relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are engaged and getting the most value from InspireOne services.
