Facilitate and execute seminars, meetings etc with Key Decision makers, Administrators, KOLs, Influencers, promotion through trade fairs, etc.
Represent the company at national and international conferences and programs
Hire, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, Manage team development schedules and resources.
Goal setting and measurement for the sales team. Lead mentoring and leadership growth of the team.
Drive adherence to CRM processes and ISO 13485

Job Requirements: ➢ Education & Experience: * Full time MBA from a reputed institute * Minimum 10 years of experience working in sales * Minimum 5 years of experience in medical equipment sales pan India/global ➢ Technical Knowledge: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proven track record of business expansion, achieving high growth targets and leading sales teams * Strong techno-commercial skills in medical equipment / healthcare space * Commercial and legal knowledge related to medical equipment business in India
