Roles and Responsibilities

Handling sales in the real estate domain
You will also be playing a key role in customer mapping and maintaining strong relationships
with them.
Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieve targets
The job includes business development, account management and achieving the set sales
targets.
Report on sales activities to senior management
Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
Contributing marketing and sales inputs for building on strategic plans



Desired Candidate Profile

Should have a flair for Real Estate sales and in convincing customers.
Fluency in English, having good marketing skills and pleasing personality, target oriented person.
Candidate with Real estate sales experience, presentable and good in English communication.
Must bring strong negotiating skills and ability to close.
Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team playing ability.
Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented and self-starter.
Real Estate industry experience is a must.
