Role Description To develop and lead the delivery of South Asia & Middle East Passive Sales ensuring that identified sales strategies are successfully delivered and all commercial opportunities are explored to maintain and grow company sales and margins dollars in order to fulfil the objectives of the Company Vision, values and long-term business plan. Qualifications Minimum 10 years\' experience in a complex sales management / director position. Ideally possesses experience in both domestic and international sales. Expertise in business-to-business, technical selling. Life sciences background preferred. Successful selling experience in selling tangible value-added solutions, preferably in the medical device, capital equipment and/or cold chain logistics industry. Successful experience in winning new large ticket customers. Knowledge of medical, pharmaceutical, biotech, Clinical Trials, Logistics, specialty packaging
