Educational Credentials: Postgraduate degree or above
Work Experience: 15-20 years of prior relevant experience preferably in the education sector
Language Preferences: Fluent in written and spoken English and preferably knowledge of two Indian languages

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage, guide, and evaluate Outreach Team
Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
Conceptualize and establish new methods of outreach which could become sustainable over time
Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and client visits
Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies
Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
To adapt to opportunities and shifting needs among partners and target audiences, the Head of Outreach develops and offers strategic direction for the University's outreach initiatives
Provide training to the managers on process and skills required for effective outreach
Work together with outreach ambassadors and cultivate ties with locals. Establish, carry out, and report on annual objectives, targets, and a strategy for bringing in and keeping students
Take charge of the Outreach Office's day-to-day operations, including the budget, database, files, correspondence, and mailings
Requirements:
Team leader & team player
Experience in students’ counselling
Excellent Communication & Presentation skills (written and verbal)
Experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Branding & Promotions and Key Accounts Management to achieve the targets
Comfortable in working on weekends and outstation traveling
