About the Role:

As the leader for Brand & Communications, this role will help define and strategically develop ekincare’s positioning, tonality and image to the external world and internally in the organization. This role will work on the brand’s visual identity, messaging approach, advertising strategies, public relations (PR), customer advocacy and executive communications. This is a highly engaging role and an excellent opportunity to play an important part in ekincare’s journey and will require the leader to wear multiple hats in building the leadership aspects of the brand across all stakeholders – B2B, B2B2E, ekincare’s employees and in the Media.

Responsibilities:
  • Be the brand custodian – be data-driven in analysing the brand’s current and evolution of the brand’s positioning
  • Develop clearly defined consumer insights and methodologies leveraging external influences (Research), Customer Share-of-Voice (SoV) and Buyer Personas
  • Develop end-to-end, measurable and creative advertising campaigns for Brand, B2B and B2E Demand Gen programs working with respective stakeholders; know-how of ad-tech platforms in terms of deriving insights and reporting
  • Articulate the brand’s vision and mission in all aspects of Marketing and other Go-To-Market functions
  • Monitor all customer and prospect-facing platforms, market trends, research buyer and consumer markets and competitors’ activities to develop insights that will influence customer acquisition
  • Devise innovative growth strategies that will help reach audiences more effectively and creatively
  • Develop a deep understanding of the industry to craft thoughtful and engaging press-related outreach working with the delegated PR agency
  • Identify and create insightful press pitches working across the organization


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years as a Brand Manager and maximum of 15 years working experience in Marketing, Advertising & Media Planning
  • Ability to craft communication to both internal and external audiences; PR experience is a bonus
  • Data and result-oriented approach to all aspects of marketing
  • Hands-on experience in developing Brand and Communications strategies and overlay experience with the overall Marketing calendar
  • Excellent understanding of leveraging the entirety of the Marketing Mix
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ad-tech platforms and other tools for various tracking and analytics
  • Experience in B2B SaaS in a fast-growth startup is a bonus


Good to have Experience
: Brand Management and PR in HR Tech SaaS-based solutions

Experience Range: 5 - 8 years
Educational Qualifications: Any graduation, and MBA/PGDM
Skills Required: Google Analytics, SEMrush, experience with Adtech platforms, PR experience is a bonus,
