Develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet quarterly/half-yearly/annual hiring targets as per the org\xe2\x80\x99s growth plan
Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs. Define job scorecards for all roles elaborately and accurately
Use the Knowledge-Skill-Ability (KSA) framework to define each role and map the selection and assessment process to the defined KSA
Build internal capability to hire for all leadership and difficult-to-fill roles
2. Recruitment Process Excellence:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Continuously reduce time to offer/time to fill for all open positions and ensure selection processes are time and effort efficient for all stakeholders
Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Eg: Improve the funnel velocity from starting of search to closure of the role, Increase the offer/joining ratio, etc.
3. Talent Attraction:
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company\'s reputation as an employer of choice
Leverage social media, job boards, and other channels to attract top talent
Partner with marketing and communication teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
Proactively build a strong network and talent pool for future hiring needs
5. Team Management:
Lead and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals.
Define career progression and path for Talent acquisition team members
Evaluate weekly/monthly/quarterly performance of team and individuals
Identify training needs of the overall team and members, create a development of a plan that directly impacts their performance
Ensure high performance of the team with continuous feedback, coaching, and mentoring
What you\'d bring to the table?
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition and 3+ years of experience in directly managing a recruitment team
Excellent knowledge of building selection process, interviewing, and assessment methodologies that give consistent quality of hire
Exceptional understanding of end-to-end recruitment (multi-channel and source) for IT and Non-IT function
Experience developing and implementing strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that relies on the outcome of Talent Hiring team efforts to build A+ teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
