    • Help in building and scaling from scratch the inside sales engine
    • Directly work with a strong set of leaders in the Digital Transformation Space

About Our Client

Our client is one of the leaders in the IT Services industry, a 3-decade-old organisation headquartered out of India with a presence in over 20 countries.

  • Manage and oversee the work of the Inside Sales Representative\'s team
  • Set and track sales targets and KPIs

  • Help generate Sales Qualified Leads
  • Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports, and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

  • Closely work with the marketing team to help improve the quality of incoming MQL
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  • Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of previous working experience, 5+ Years of experience as an ISD
  • US geography experience is a must
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, coach and growth the team
  • Someone who has experience in building an Inside sales engine from scratch
