HR Director - Enterprise AI Startup

Our client is an award-winning Enterprise AI company, harnessing the power of data, cognitive computing and AI to empower businesses around the world to solve their most complex and critical business challenges.

Founded in 2018, enables customers accelerate their Data-to-AI Journey and build their own IP & data science capabilities, while gaining real financial RoI. Their significant IP holdings include multi-modeling, low code prediction algorithms, EDA, NLP & Computer Vision.

Position - Director - HR

Experience - MBA with 10-12 Years of experience in HR

CTC - 35 to 40 Lakhs

Location - Mumbai/ Aurangabad

- Candidate willing to travel to an operations center in aurangabad and overlap with us shift ocasionally.

- Looking for an HR Director who will partner closely with the business to help growing the organization.

- The focus of this role is Talent Acquisition, assess, coach and influence the business as they scale and evolve to enable the teams to accomplish amazing things.

- The ideal candidate is a builder - Someone who can come in with a willingness to own and ability to build HR Operations and Programs from the ground up.

- Influence everything from Acquiring the right talent, Career Mapping and Performance Management programs, to bonus & incentive planning and employee onboarding/offboarding.

Responsibilities :

- Function as a hands-on, strategic partner to the business while designing and implementing a scalable HR strategy

- Total rewards program administration

- Develop, implement, and maintain performance management and talent review processes

- Consistently embody ' company values

- Maintain a deep understanding of the business and culture inside and out so that you are able to provide strategic HR partnerships to the business leaders and the teams you support

- Own the evaluation and maintenance of HR systems related but not limited to performance management, employee engagement, onboarding/offboarding, compensation, and benefits & perks

- Partner closely with the broader Operations team (Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure our people operations programs, processes, and systems align with our business goals and manage risk appropriately

- Partner with the Management Team to resolve employee relations issues; provide coaching and counseling to management and staff; collaborate with legal counsel on issues as appropriate

Qualifications :

- MBA in HR

- 10 - 12 years of experience in HR

- Of which 3+ years in an HR Leadership role, managing a team of direct reports to acquire, retain, grow Talent within an organization.

- Experience owning HR Operations in a high-growth, fast paced startup environment

- Global employment law compliance knowledge

- Experience partnering with international, distributed teams

- Well-versed in various leave policies

- Analytical expertise; proficient with data-driven analysis as it relates to HR/People

- Deep understanding of the complex tax, legal, comp, and immigration issues related to benefits

- Exemplary communication ability, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively influence outcomes.
