Lead a group of 4 Process Leaders with Industry Expertise
Implement and standardize processes from Credit Management, Order Entry to invoicing, Collections and Cash Applications and ensure metrics are in place at best-in-class levels. This includes KPI's and Performance metrics.
Lead and Execute on programs and projects in each phase of OTC
Lead and Interface with BU and Finance Leadership, and their respective teams, on proven solutions to enable best in class
Required
Bachelor Degree at minimum; Advanced Degree preferred
Flexible to work in US shifts.
10+ years as a OTC Global Process owner experience with proven strategy through to implementation experience
Experience in leading and implementing process re-engineering, transformation, effectiveness and efficiency programs, which include organizational restructure programs
Experience in a global multi-national corporation shared service center or BPO highly desirable
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Outstanding interface and communication skills with Senior Leaders in Finance and the BU's, and this includes with external customers
Exceptional listening and analytical skills
Solid time management skills
Proven experience working in a multiple technical/IT landscape
Proficient in English (written and Oral)
