The Opportunity

Cint seeks a Director, FP&A to partner with our Sales, Product & Accounting teams to add a customer and product dimensions to our financial reporting and analysis. This role will also serve as a finance partner to the Media Measurement business. Media Measurement helps brands, publishers and media agencies measure the impact of advertising.

The Team

As a member of the FP&A team, you'll partner with senior leadership to define financial models, analysis, and metrics. This is an individual contributor position and will not have direct reports

This role is open to candidates living in the United States to work remotely or from one of our US-based office locations (New Orleans & New York). Central and Eastern time zones strongly preferred as you will partner with teams in Europe.

What You Will Do

• Develop deep understanding of our product offerings, growth drivers, and constraints
• Help add a product dimension to our P&L and management reporting
• Create and own management reporting around Media Measurement and Connected Data product lines
• Define stand-alone P&L views by business segment
• Assist with creating customer and product profitability analysis
• Work with our IT teams to set up correct data flows and infrastructure in our systems
• Variance analysis and forecasting
• Work closely with the accounting team to further improve our systems and processes
• Assist with Salesforce implementation and proper set up from an FP&A perspective

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Extensive experience in a management consulting, corporate finance, or operational FP&A role at a high growth or large Tech or Media company
• Experience analyzing large volumes of data and profitability analysis
• Experience creating and building weekly revenue, quarterly full P&L forecasting, revenue tracking and reporting, pricing analysis, availability of supply analysis, and financial models for this business
• Highly technical, experience working closely with IT teams to setup systems correctly
• Strong sense of business acumen to understand strategic business initiatives while also applying insights and best practices
• Best practices are second nature, you can handle complexity but strive for simplicity

Bonus Points If You Have

• Knowledge of digital advertising and/or market research industry
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, and advanced MS Excel
