Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of Architecture Governance and Assurance functions, forums and processes.
Production of key OKRs, KPIs and other business relevant performance metrics
Regularly review operational effectiveness and work closely with the Head of Enterprise Architecture Governance and Operations to propose improvements to the effective and efficient operation of the framework.
Support audit and regulatory reviews or requests for information from across the business
Primary point of contact for Architecture Governance within one or more relevant strategic programmes
Leadership responsibilities
This role will require significant stakeholder management, effective collaboration and exemplary teamwork.
The role will occasionally deputise for the Head of Enterprise Architecture (Governance and Operations)
Critical deliverables
Effective operational delivery of the Architecture Governance and Assurance framework.
This includes production of key metrics, dashboards and reporting

OKRs and KPIs relating to the throughput of the Architecture Governance and Assurance framwork including but not limited to local decision making and record keeping forums, and other such forums as identified from time-to-time. This includes guardrails, patterns, and standards.

Business and sector expertise
Experience in leading Technology Business Operations in large financial services organisations or similar regulated organisations
Experience of working with multi-country organisations
Experience of developing and influencing strategic working relationships
Consistent track record in the design and implementation of business policies and procedures
Sound eye for business, good organisational awareness and strategic approach to problem solving
Leadership and management experience
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with Business and Technology partners
Ability to identify and resolve risks and issues
Experience around planning, introduction, delivery services and initiatives for a technology function or sub-function

Excellent communicator with consistent track record of establishing relevant relationships with the executive leadership
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
