A UK based Growth Stage Fintech Startup that owns a Cashback App is looking for a:

Digital Marketing Manager based in Vikhroli, Mumbai

The role of the Digital Marketing Manager is to lead digital marketing campaigns of the app by working closely with Sales & Marketing teams for tactical plans and campaign management. In this role, the incumbent will address awareness and visibility of the brand, themes and campaigns for better brand recall, measurement of campaign outcomes etc.

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement an effective social / digital media marketing plan and strategies across platforms: FB, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter etc.

\xc2\xb7 Draft and revise content and creatives as and when required while maintaining consistency.

\xc2\xb7 Create a calendar of posts for various kind of media campaigns and manage postings.

\xc2\xb7 Proactively address creative aspects related to the annual event and media calendars.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with external agencies.

\xc2\xb7 Set-up media plans for Crisis Management.

\xc2\xb7 Educate and train employees on consistency of content.

\xc2\xb7 Keep abreast of branding standards and business goals.

\xc2\xb7 Measuring the performance of digital marketing done through our partners.

\xc2\xb7 Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

Requirements and skills

\xc2\xb7 Expert in Content Writing, Press Releases, Articles, Web Content, Social media pages, news items.

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a Content Developer and Social Media Manager

\xc2\xb7 Should know basic graphic design tools like Corel Draw, Photo Shop, Canva etc.

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards

\xc2\xb7 Integrity and professional ethics

\xc2\xb7 Business acumen

\xc2\xb7 Teamwork skills

Qualification and Experience

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree in Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Arts, Management or higher.

\xc2\xb7 4 - 7 years experience in Social Media / Digital marketing

\xc2\xb7 Excellent understanding of social media strategy.
