Job descriptionRemote Work from Home (Monday-Friday) CALIFORNIA TIME - 8:30 am - 5.00 pmWho We Are: Akua Behavioral Health is a Healthcare provider with Treatment Facilities in California.This Position + Key Responsibilities: The Online Digital Manager at Akua will manage a marketing team and report directly to Marketing Director. The ideal candidate is a digital marketing specialist that has the following experience.

• MUST speak and write very good English
• Must have experience in Online LEAD Generation
• Manage Content Calendar - ALL Social Media Platforms
• Experience with Google Search Console & Google Analytics
• Email Marketing
• Review and edit blogs
• Ability to write press releases and announcements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years Experience in Online Lead Generation
• Work with team members to plan and implement strategic online marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of and 3 + years of experience with the following (or related) marketing platforms and tools (PPC, SEO, CRM, SEM tools):

• REQUIRED: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, Call Tracking Metrics (CTM), SEO
• PREFERRED: SEMrush, TikTok Ads, Snapchat, HubSpot, Zendesk, Yext, Yelp, KIPU CRM

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field/equivalent experience

Compensation:

• Up to 12 Lakhs per year / Base INR 70,000 per month / Bonus INR 30,000 per month
