Digital Marketing - Assistant Manager/ Manager

- The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to.

- You will create and implement the marketing strategy using online methods to gain new customers.

- The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.

Responsibilities :

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns

- Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

- Develop and manage website content

- Manage the Search Engine Optimization responsibilities of company websites

- Find and target audiences

- Explore new channels to maximize brand awareness.

- Monitor key metrics across social platforms such as engagement and reach.

- Identify new collaboration and PR opportunities for the brand.

- Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content

- Use tools like Google Analytics/Hubspot etc. to analyze campaign effectiveness.

- Maintain and update website content.

Skills required :

- Minimum 6 years of experience in digital /brand/ social media marketing

- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and website analytics

- This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

- Google Analytic 360, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Search console and various other -user-behavioral tracking on websites and mobile apps

- Extremely good at building marketing team, executing the strategies, maximizing ROI of brand investment in digital programs, budget tracking and positively impacting top line and bottom line business results.

- Strong functional skills with good communication and leadership skill

- Passionate team player with a strong drive for challenge

- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment.
