Job Overview: We\'re on the hunt for a multi-talented Social Media & Marketing Communications Manager who will spearhead our social media channels, content creation, and communication with external agencies. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence, engaging with our audience across digital platforms, and ensuring cohesive messaging that aligns with our marketing goals. Responsibilities:Social Media Management:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
Create compelling content for different social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
Content Creation:
Oversee the creation of engaging, accurate, and visually appealing content including videos, graphics, blogs, and newsletters.
Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, external influencers, and industry experts to produce relevant content.
Ensure brand consistency in style, quality, and tone of voice across all content.
Marketing Communications:
Act as the primary liaison between the company and external marketing agencies.
Coordinate with agencies to ensure marketing campaigns are executed cohesively across various channels.
Manage the distribution of press releases and media outreach to enhance the company\'s public profile.
Analytics:
Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes.
Report on the performance of social media campaigns and the effectiveness of different content types.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Marketing Communications Manager, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of content creation, social media management, and marketing communication principles.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage external agency relationships.
