Role Purpose:
- Developing Farmer\xe2\x80\x99s Centric Advisories and Smart Advisory products that impact growers in terms of optimizing the cost of cultivation, Mitigating the Weather risk, and improving overall profitability.
- Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.
- Accountable for developing farmer-centric content and developing a smart advisory system that delivers personalized and dynamic advisories.
- Accountable for resolving farmers\xe2\x80\x99 queries within stipulated timelines.
- Collecting feedback from the farmers, taking out insights and implementing them to develop highly engaging products.
- Coordination with various stakeholders to source and generate solutions.
- Training of customer care champs for resolving growers queries.
- Developing Videos/ Crop Calendars.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Agronomy
- B.Sc. in Agriculture with > 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of content development for any Agri App, developing Digital products.
- 3-5 years of Experience of working in the Digital agriculture domain which includes developing weather-based models, personalized dynamic advisory, alert systems, satellite Imagery, IOTs etc.
- Proficient knowledge of handling data in excel sheets.
- Practical experience of crops agronomy and Plant protection aspects.
- The candidate should be a strong team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The candidate should have good time and project management skills.
- Innovative Thinker.
