We are looking for a communication whiz. A live wire. One who loves tech and new media.Who loves words and can spin a story with speed and clarity. The person should have experience of managing midsize teams. Good understanding of communication strategies / Brand positioning / Media universe and all that goes into making a narrative for the Corporate Communication and Fundraising team of an organisation like DA.

Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Key role in implementing and planning of effective communication strategy that build brand awareness.
- Ensuring the team members remain abreast with latest tools and techniques related to communication and digital media
Communication Campaigns:
- Conceptualize campaigns, develop scripts/briefs for creative material
Content creation
- Storytelling and developing simple and clear messages/stories.
- Oversee content development, audience and stakeholder engagement, creative development, key messages, brand promotion.
- Maintain social media profiles and quality content across all platforms to support and expand our digital presence. As the content manager of social media she/he should be savvy on designing, writing and posting of social media posts on a daily basis 24x7. Should also have a good understanding of digital media analytics.
- Understanding of designing and printing software and technology is a necessity.
- Be able to write for Newsletter and capable of doing website updating.
DESIRABLE QUALITIES:
- Self- motivated and driven, with a keen interest in learning new concepts.
- Strong communications skills in English and Hindi, good editing skills, and ability to tailor communication materials for different audiences.
- Sound understanding of development sector.
- Strong knowledge of Communications, branding, media, digital tools, techniques, data analysis, reporting tools.
- An eye for detail and precision.
- Problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- She/he should have the ability to visualize, plan and execute various communication deliverable in a timely manner.
- Have the ability to interact within a matrix organisation across different levels to source stories.
