Job Description

Position: Performance Marketing Manager Reports to: Director of Marketing Experience: Minimum 4 years in performance marketing : The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing tactics and an ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a performance marketing strategy that meets or exceeds acquisition and revenue goals Monitor and analyze key metrics to optimize campaigns and drive efficiency Manage and optimize paid search, display, and social media advertising campaigns Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and content teams to drive customer acquisition and retention Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition Complete knowledge about performance marketing Should have complete knowledge about Google ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat and other non-programmatic ads Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing Proven track record of success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and optimization Experience with paid search, display, and social media advertising Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with analytics and optimization tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 925,000.00 - 930,000.00 per year Schedule:
