Experience: 0 to 2 Years (Note: Freshers must complete a digital marketing certified course.) Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels. From campaign management to content creation, SEO optimization, and analytics, this role offers a diverse range of responsibilities to drive our brand\'s digital presence and performance. Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy and Management: Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising (PPC), and SEO. Establish campaign goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and targets for lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Content Creation and Management: Generate compelling and pertinent content for various digital platforms, encompassing blog posts, social media updates, emails, videos, and graphics. Collaborate with the content team to ensure a consistent message and brand identity across all digital channels. SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines to enhance organic rankings and drive relevant traffic. Optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to boost visibility and return on investment (ROI). Social Media Management: Curate content for social media platforms, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages. Execute social media advertising campaigns to target specific audiences and achieve campaign objectives. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing strategies to nurture leads and engage existing customers. Manage email campaigns, subscriber lists, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and marketing automation platforms. Generate regular reports on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities to enhance website user experience and conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user behavior analysis. Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to segment audiences, nurture leads, and deliver personalized content. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as design, sales, and product to align marketing efforts with business goals. Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors as required. Stay Updated: Stay current with industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices to continually enhance the organization\'s digital marketing strategies.
