Digital Account Director
- We are looking for an Account Director to join our Delhi office who can manage and grow accounts, pitch in on new business proposals and someone who enjoys the challenge of a fast paced environment.
- The day-to-day role will include executing any assignments allocated to you by the Client Services Director / Regional Head, you will be responsible for liaising with the client in a professional way and managing jobs effectively through the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop positive client relationships, acting as the main point of contact. This includes managing the day to day workflow.
- Manage client accounts and ensure the team is meeting client requirements through digital campaigns.
- Managing digital campaigns, including paid search, paid social, PPC and SEO.
- Day-to-day communication between clients, acting as a strategic lead.
- Hosting regular roadmap sessions to ensure the team are on track
- Leading a strong digital team.
- Implement and oversee campaigns from start to finish, including strategy, optimising, managing, and reporting.
- Prospecting new business and keeping up to date with the latest trends.
- Keeping up to date with client reviews and conducting regular meetings to ensure client requirements are being met.
- Oversee projects from start-to-end with clear timelines and deliverables.
- Resolving client issues to a high standard within tight timescales.
- Ensuring the project stays on budget and managing this accordingly with the client.
- Perform regular internal reporting, including time reporting.
- New business, including new business phone calls, proposals and pitches.
- Build further revenue from within the current client base.
- Business Requirements
Essential :
- 7 years' + experience working in a relevant role in an agency or marketing field with at least 1 year as an Account Director, Group Head or Associate Account Director
- A proven track record of working with paid ad campaigns, SEO and digital marketing campaigns
- Experience working on web based projects such as web builds, online advertising and social media strategy
- Experience managing client campaigns and turning them into successful strategies that meet client briefs and expectations
- Project management and account management experience with multiple clients
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Desired :
- Experience in managing people and teams
- Good understanding and genuine interest in the digital and brand marketing landscape
- Significant experience in negotiating with clients - great sales skills are a must
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills demonstrated in senior level and influential relationships with clients - you should have experience in stakeholder management and evidence of dealing with difficult situations
- Confident and engaging presenter with experience in leading high level presentations
