General Summary:

Diagnostics Engineer, Post Silicon Diagnostics

Qualcomm Diagnostics Team under Bangalore DFT Organization is looking for Diagnostics Engineer to develop methodologies for Qualcomm\xe2\x80\x99s 5G products in advanced FinFET semiconductor process nodes. In this role, you will be a member of a global technical team working with Design, Product and Test, and Failure Analysis teams, as well as EDA Tool vendors to develop and integrate world-class diagnostics solutions into high-volume diagnostics and yield engineering.

Minimum Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.

Key Responsibilities include

• Develop Diagnostic methods, volume diagnostics solutions for Scan, Memory diagnostics for multiple products in advanced technology nodes
• Develop experiments, analysis methods to evaluate Diagnostics for different DFT, Test techniques to improve test-time, DPPM
• Partner with EDA vendors to develop solutions to enhance diagnostics throughput, quality
• Develop aids/techniques to automate Yield Analysis
• Interface with other functional teams like Yield, DFT, Test Engineering teams to enable high volume diagnostics towards Yield analysis.

Qualifications/Skills include

• BE/B.Tech, ME/MTech in Electrical/Electronics/Computer science
• 2-7 years demonstrated experience in VLSI CAD methodology development preferably in areas of DFT, Diagnostics
• Good development skills in Python, Perl, data analysis skills, exposure to MySQL, Unix/Linux fundamentals
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of Digital circuits concepts
• Excellent communication skills, ability to plan and execute formal projects, deliverables.
• Ability to work with multiple WW teams including Yield, DFT, Test Engineering, stakeholders, and EDA vendors in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Must be a team player, ability to multi-task, with attention to details
