Ensure 100 PERCENT loading of KRAs of all management cadre employees in Poornata.
Ensure the training of all the employees in Management cadre on the process of KRA loading, PMS and use of ELM for enrolling in the training.
Provide technical assistance to all employees regarding Poornata modules.
Facilitate the process of Mid year review and final PA of the unit.
Timely compliance of activities as per due dates assigned by GHR.
Monitoring of the KRAs of all the management cadre employees and follow up every quarterly

EMPLOYEE RELATION
To assist in deployment of various initiatives, arranging forums for enhancing employee relations.
KRA3
ADMINISTRATION
To oversee general admin activities as required from time to time
Qualifications:
MBA
Minimum Experience Level:
15-25 Years
