Job Description


JOB Description - Full time with top German MNC Define the large enterprise user (KUM) business strategy & the role it plays in the larger Region-country strategy. Execution of the strategy across zones & customers to deliver increase in Org SOW for ach customer cluster (Construction, fabrication, assembly line etc.) across range of PT (tools, accessories, spares, MT) through user connect, Value added services, channel relationship Face of Org PT with KUM customers. Ensures that customer requirement(s) are factored while defining internal processes & polices. Responsible to drive regular engagement of KUM as well as Org PT Leadership team across customer hierarchy. Build effective lead management practices- in the team, to maximize sales conversion Leverage digital & analytics tool for business effectiveness. Collaborate across BUs, , regional team to meet business/customer requirements. Actively work to provide feedback on new product development process. Leverage and drive relevant new product launches. Price management- including rate contract negotiations w/ key account in all business customers (Construction, manufacturing etc.) Team management- develop team competency to drive high performance culture. Work with the team & provide constructive feedback to team on an ongoing basis. Sales team effectiveness- drive initiative (including Digital ones) which increases productivity & effectiveness of KUM team Structured reviews - with sharp focus on key business drivers Keep track of competition activities & products. Develop & deploy plans to counter them. Qualifications B.Tech, MBA (Preferred) Experience in Industrial Sales - Customer and Channel Management Minimum 15-20 years. Working Experience Power tools, Paints, Adhesive, Industrial Hardware Allied products, Industrial consumables or similar industry. Leadership experience in handling large and diverse team. Working Knowledge in using IT systems (Sales CRM) Negotiation skills, PR skills, interest in travelling. Language Skills in Hindi & English Preferred. Knowledge on digitalization & analytics is an advantage. Additional information Effective team management Strategic perspective to drive long term sustainable & profitable growth Knowledge of industry (metal fabrication, machinery manufacturing, construction) Competence in B2B technical sales, Pro-active, entrepreneurial mindset Strong communication skills across all hierarchy levels KPI Deliver TGS.
