Zoom is expanding our Data Engineering team in India. As one of the pioneer DevOps engineers in the team, you will work closely with the data engineers to build CI/CD pipelines, manage all the operational tasks on the cloud infrastructure and the Tableau server administration. This person will report to the Data Engineering Manager based in India. Responsibilities Support cloud operations to enhance, optimize, and maintain computing capabilities across the technical landscape. Manage Cloud infrastructure as code. Utilize and evangelize automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar. Assist with upgrading, installing, configuring, and monitoring solutions for AWS for Linux servers in a scalable, repeatable manner. Work closely with technical architects, data and software engineers to ensure optimal application and data database/warehouse design to support reporting requirements. Implementing security best practices such as configuring network security groups, managing access keys, backup and recovery and more. Passionate about dev-ops, developing good design patterns and teaching best-practises. Prior experience in administration and maintenance of custom deployment of Airflow and Tableau server will be a huge plus. Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years of cloud experience required. Minimum of 3+ years of AWS experience required. Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) (must have used the console or used CLI, and API\'s). Experience with a variety of Amazon Services required: EC2, IAM, DynamoDB, RDS, Elasticache, S3, and EKS, ECS Experience with Git Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Gitlab runner Ability to write code in Python Nice to have skills: AWS Certification highly preferred Advanced knowledge and experience with Tableau software (Desktop Pro, Server, Interactor), with a strong understanding of Tableau architecture and administration. Experience as Tableau administrator, developing in, configuring and administering Tableau Server. Experience in Tableau scripting (TABCMD and TABADMIN). Ability to architect a stable Tableau solution guaranteed for high operational availability. Expertise in Tableau platform sizing, troubleshooting, tuning & disaster recovery.
