About the Team

Transactional Services is the group comprising of 3 products \xe2\x80\x93 Payments, Renters Insurance and Screening. These products generate about 40% of the revenue for RealPage and are closely integrated with the other products in RealPage suite.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do

As a Developer I, you will

• Produce clean and efficient code based on the specifications
• Troubleshoot, debug and modify existing software

This position will report to the Manager Title.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may vary over time and include, but are not limited to

• Work with the team to design, develop and test software that meets product needs
• Diagnose and resolve reported problems and issues
• Successfully delivers the results on initiatives in timely and effective manner.
• Participate in daily stands and team meetings.

What You Bring

Required Experience

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in the IT industry and a good understanding of the full life cycle of development.
• Solid foundation in OOPS.
• Development experience with Microsoft web technologies and database programming.
• Hands-on Experience in ASP.NET Core, WebAPI, SQL Server/similar RDBMS
• Experience in developing microservices is a plus.
• Good communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 both written and verbal

Preferred Experience

• 1+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of the full life cycle of development in Microsoft Technologies
• Experience/understanding of recent UI/UX/Server/Service technologies (e.g., Angular and latest .Net, SOAP, Web API)
• Knowledge/experience in legacy technologies like ASP
• Experience and/or understanding of full-stack development
