Job Title:

Developer I - IT Global SAP ABAP

Summary: This person will be responsible for developing Enterprise Resource Programs and functionality, as well as maintaining those that already exist. Responsibilities include capturing customer and user requirements, systems analysis, design, complex ABAP programming, testing, debugging and implementation of mission critical systems.

Responsibilities Include:

Key Tasks and Deliverables:

• Assists in the day-to-day maintenance and improvement of the Enterprise Resource Programs and related systems. This involves a range of responsibilities such as updating documentation, computer programming and conducting systems administration.

• SAP ABAP Programming including Forms, Reports, Enhancements, Conversions, Interfaces, Workflow, SAP script, and Adobe Smart Forms.

• Creation of SAP OSS Messages and Support Tickets, as well as the Application of OSS Notes.

• Verifying and validating system operation, including writing and executing test procedures and test scripts, conducting functional and technical reviews, correcting defects, and providing technical support.

• Performing and documenting impact analyses and development estimates for change requests.

• Assists with technical design and functional specifications for business applications, identifies user needs, analyzes options and alternatives, and Recommends modifications to applications as appropriate

• Makes presentations or conducts training on new or changed systems.

• Researches and tracks technical trends and products. Other duties may be assigned.
