WE ARE HIRING FOR DEVELOPER COMMUNITY MANAGER. EXPERIENCE:5-8 YEARS Job location : WFH Duties & Responsibilities

Define and run developer community programs for open source Conductor project.
Identify and nurture community leaders, and give them the resources they need to help onboard new developers with our technologies.
Represent the developer community to the Orkes product, marketing, and open source teams.
Represent Orkes in the community building around Conductor and the Microservices world.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in managing a community (e.g., events, meetups, clubs, etc.)
High-level understanding of programming languages, databases, and developer tools (e.g., you know the difference between Java and JavaScript)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to building an open, diverse, and inclusive developer community
Experience building open source developer communities
Ability to define goals, measure results, and communicate impact
Thought leadership or participation in the community experience community \xef\x82\xb7 Awareness of community management software platforms
Candidate should be Proficient in managing technical & Social media audiences
LinkedIn influencers or people who can make relevant posts in platforms such as LinkedIn and has a good followers count.(relevant posts and not jokes and memes)
