We are fast growing EdTech Startup that provides a unique and innovative learning experience, with high-quality course content and hands-on labs to ensure an effective and fun way to obtain new skills in complex technologies. We are a growing team of International professionals working remotely from around the world.
We are looking for a Community Manager for our vibrant technical community, who is passionate about monitoring the student forums and managing the technical team ensuring our students get all the assistance while studying our Courses.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Technical Student-facing team ensuring query resolution for all threads raised
  • Maintain the appropriate TAT for responses via the agents
  • Validate the correctness of the answers shared for the technical queries
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Work closely with the internal team and drive new initiatives for engagement in community channels
Requirements:
  • You should be a 'people person' with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online conversations with our community.
  • You should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in Linux/DevOps domain will be an additional advantage
