About the role: We are seeking a Community Manager to join our Marketing Team. They would help us in expanding the company's brand outreach by engaging in various external communities, help curate content aligned with short-term and long-term community growth goals and monitor and optimize engagement levels, retention and growth metrics.Job responsibilities:
- Strategize on community outreach programs, and plan AMAs, polls, quizzes, interviews, AMA's, Webinars, and videos across all social and community mediums in coordination with the marketing team.
- Expanding the company's brand outreach by engaging in various external communities
- Monitoring and optimizing community engagement levels, retention and growth metrics
- Curate content aligned with short-term and long-term community growth goals
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop styles and layouts for the community content in the pipeline
- Stay up-to-date with industry-wide developments and trends across the globe in general
- Proven work experience as a Web3 Community Manager (1+ years), handling communities and a keen interest in Web3, NFTs, Metaverse, and Defi.
- Must be familiar with social media platforms such as LinkedIn,, Twitter and
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic understanding of community-based platforms like Reddit, Quora, and Discord
