EY - SharePoint Developer
Job Summary:

• Ability to understand and analyze business requirements by working with various stakeholders
• Design and deliver composite solutions in SharePoint / O365 .
• Power Platform
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, configure and document SharePoint implementations
• Responsibly own project tasks and take it through completion
• Working in a globally diverse team and reporting to a technical lead
• Continuously improve and support initiatives that add value to clients and services

Purpose of the Job:

• Translation of client requirements in to SharePoint sites and products
• Identifying and building reusable apps, webparts, components, modules and sites for repeat delivery in multiple products
• Using SharePoint configuration and development techniques combined with HTML, CSS & JavaScript to deliver composite applications
• Agile project delivery working in an agile team

Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:

• The ability to manage, prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Experience working with Office 365, SharePoint.
• Experience with Sitecore and other CMS technolgoies is an advantage
• Experience developing solutions using HTML 5, CSS 3.0 and JavaScript
• Knowledge and implementation experience of solutions using PHA,SharePoint Client side object model
• Hands on experience to develop branding solutions through customization using HTML and CSS
• Excellent written and communication skills, predominantly in English
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations and gauge customer expectations accurately
• Quick learner with "can do" attitude focused on delivering excellent client service

Supervision Responsibilities:

• Exposure to senior clients as part of a delivery team

Other Requirements:

• Working as part of a global team - likely have to support other time zones, eg US, UK etc

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Degree in Computer Science (or suitable work experience)

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

Certification Requirements:

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer or Solutions Expert certification preferred but not essential
