Technical Skills: Networking: WAN, LAN, WLAN, troubleshooting Asset Management, Physical inventory (SNOW), License control Hardware & Operating systems knowledge of windows server 2008, 2016 Technical knowledge of AD, DHCP and DNS, Group creation & assignment Storage: NAS / SAS / SAN (Dell) WDS Image deployment Application support: Internal & third party ITIL based ticketing system, SLAs IT security Windows 10, MS Teams, O365 User & server Backup & restoration (Veritas Backup EXEC/Simpana)Non-Technical Skills: Ability to handle L1 & L2 Desktop support engineers for day to day operations Documentation, processing, filing, and recording High CSAT & expectations Escalation & risk management Communicate effectively in both oral and written form Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff, users, administrators, and vendors. Install, maintain, and document network hardware, software, and operating systems. Provide training to users and personnel on assigned systems. Perform work in a virtualized environment and manage computers remotely.Maintain knowledge baseJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?14,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per monthSchedule:
