Main Responsibilities Include :
- Teaches the customer centered innovation process
- Maintains the cadence to meet the 100 day development timeline
- Mentor\xe2\x80\x99s teams to deliver proof of concept technology and the final business case
- Reports on the health of the incubator\xe2\x80\x99s technical team development
- Marketing and communicating opportunities on internal platform and the innovation community of practice
- Manage hackathons and refinement of ideas based on best practices for pitching to the product committee
The successful candidate will benefit from having the following experience
- Customer centered design experience to define new business opportunities
- Previous experience with agile development or start-up experience.
- Experience with product delivery management in building systems or consumer electronics industry.
- Bachelor\'s degree with 6-8 years of experience
