Be the primary point of contact in Global Growth Markets for the implementation of any Global programs and initiatives in the areas of Talent success, Culture and Belonging.
Act as an organization design coach, and play a key role in helping the Regional HR management to shape the future of the LSDx organization by implementing strategic initiatives/programs (incl. workforce planning strategies)
Co-lead and facilitate the core HR processes for the region (talent processes, goals setting, merit cycle, leadership training nomination etc.)
Drive and execute succession planning and talent retention strategy within the organization, focusing on critical roles, developing talent maps and re-enforcing follow up on development plans and actions
Partner with HRBP in the deployment, and management of talent management practices that serve to identify, develop, and deploy talent across the region
Support the HR Leader in projects associated to manage change, improve processes, redesign organizational structures, clarify roles and accountabilities, and realign/shift cultures as relevant
Implement change management programs

People Analytics and process improvement
Identify and work with the HR leadership team on KPIs, reports and dashboard to improve the team performance and make more data driven decision.
Develop reporting and analytical dashboards pertaining to talent acquisition, attrition, movements, headcount, mobility, diversity, engagement etc.
Lead the headcount management process across the region
Learning & Development
Apply expert knowledge and understanding of the complexities of learning programs (e.g., objectives, content, delivery methodology)
Identify needs and solutions to critical leadership and organizational development issues
Conducts training needs analysis and provides input on present/future training requirements and/or performance improvement solutions
Adapting global Leadership and Management L&D design and delivery appropriate for Regions
Responsible for project management of training initiatives from initial planning, design/development through implementation
HR integration
Define the HR integration strategy and provides guidance and project planning for all HR related deliverables resulting in faster delivery and integration adoptions.
Act as the Regional HR liaison to the Integration Management Office ensuring that there is strong alignment to core HR stream and transformation activities
