Job Description

Location : Delhi Experience and Qualification : Graduates/Post Graduates, preferably with qualifications in International Trade/Management with 10 to 15 years’ experience, preferably from Export Promotion Councils, Trade Bodies or leading Export/Import organizations. The candidate must be very proficient in the use of computers to achieve deliverables of the above tasks. Description :

• The incumbent will be responsible for identifying the needs of the exporting community and the means to satisfy them.
• Responsible for organizing Membership Outreach Programs for Membership Development in the Northern Region.
• Responsible for Admission of new members, Issuance, Renewal, Revalidation and Endorsements of Registration-cum-Membership Certificates etc, after thoroughly checking documentation compliance.
• Liaise with government bodies such as JDGFT, Customs, Excise, MSME, State Government, DI, Local associations etc to represent and resolve members’ grievances.
• Assist in organizing members’ participation in Trade Fairs and Buyer-Seller Meets.
• Organize seminars and interactive meetings to disseminate trade information to members.
• Maintain Office Accounts, Purchases, Office maintenance and upkeep, Maintenance of office records, Membership database and other statutory records.
• Preparation of Monthly Export Statistics of the Northern Region, and any other related work in the domain area of Export Promotion.
